• Visitors can signup as members, where they can save searches and get email notifications when new properties are added that match their search criteria.
• Automatically creates map on site from data entered.
• Built in contact form provides an easy way for interested parties to contact.
• Integrated administrative control panel, utilising a fully functioning WYSIYG Editor allowing editing of pages such as information and location pages without any HTML knowledge.

A 6 month search engine optimisation process was also carried out to target specific keywords based on client’s wishes. Some notable number 1 or page 1 rankings on www.google.com include (correct as of Dec 2008):

The site ranks well for numerous search terms related to the area and industry and now accounts for 85% of all traffic (from 20% when SEO began). It is one of the only independent sites to rank competively with the larger portal sites.
